Warranty & Refund Policy

Returns
We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a confirmed error or defect. To initiate a return, please email us at info@stickemups.ca. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your item upon delivery. If the product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us at info@stickemups.ca within 7 days of delivery. Be prepared to provide clear photos and a description of the issue.

Note: Small surface irregularities may result from the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different color or style, please contact us first. We’ll provide you with a 15% discount code so you can place a new order instead of shipping the item back.

Warranty
Stick Em Up™ products are covered by a limited warranty for defects in materials or workmanship only if damage occurs during proper installation or on first use. We do not offer a general-use warranty beyond this.

To claim a warranty issue, send us an email at info@stickemups.ca with:

  • Proof of purchase

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Supporting photos of the product and installation

If approved, we’ll send you a replacement or offer a refund at our discretion.

Refunds
If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the item. If more than 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@stickemups.ca.
